Conditions:

• This offer is for registered businesses only (with an ABN), not individuals.
• This offer is for a limited time only and can be withdrawn by us at any time.  
• Any fully paid systems will remain at the special introductory price for the first year.
• The cost includes setting up a web site template and using our content management system on our server (our software is proprietary).
• The web site content and graphics must be supplied by you in a digital format (eg email).  This content will then be copied into the content management system.
• This offer is limited to an initial 6 pages and 6 menu items.
• The content must not breach any internet laws regarding offensive or pornographic material.
• Once the web site is set up, you may use the content management system as often as you like to add, change and update your content.
• The cost does not include the registration of your domain name, however, we can do this for you at an extra cost.
• We reserve the right to exclude any applicant who breaches our conditions (either written or implied).
• Basic instructions on the use of the CMS will be provided, but further assistance will be limited to contact via email at our discretion.
• A deposit of $150 is required as a show of good faith before any work begins.
• This offer is for our deCMS system in an 'as is' format.  Any customising will be at an additional cost.
